Test Readiness Review (TRR) for Set #3 of the Power Conditioning & Distribution Unit (PCDU) Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) in support of the European Service Module (ESM) for the Artemis Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) mission was successfully approved
On the 26th of May, the Test Readiness Review (TRR) for Set #3 of the Power Conditioning & Distribution Unit (PCDU) Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) in support of the European Service Module (ESM) for the Artemis Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) mission was successfully approved by Leonardo S.p.A.
The PCDU EGSE provides a test suite of hardware and software for supporting PCDU assembly, integration and verification by means of Solar Array simulation, discrete signal simulation, Battery simulation and various Load simulations. The PCDU EGSE is based on Rovsing key products such as the RO-5100 SAS Module, R0-1010 and RO-1100 SLP Modules, RO-2000 range MASC products as well as the Rovsing EGSE Controller SW Suite.
With the TRR approved the Rovsing team has started the Acceptance Tests Campaign of the PCDU EGSE to verify compliance with all the requirements in preparation of delivery to Leonardo facility in Milan, Italy in late summer 2021.
