Happy New Year everyone!
It’s January, a new year has started, and we already have some new milestones at Rovsing that we are happy to share with you.
 
Europe’s #Galileo constellation is already the world’s most precise satellite navigation system, but now #Galileo Second Generation, G2, is coming and Rovsing is supplying the #EGSE to Thales Alenia Space in Italy.
The team has been working hard for the Test Readiness Review of the BatSimBCE SCOE (set #1) which now has been approved by TAS-I and ESA. We are, hence, authorized to perform the Factory Acceptance Test and preparing for the next milestone, the combined Test Review Board/Delivery Review Board followed by shipment to TAS-I in Rome.
 
Another project together with Thales Italy is an Italian Defence programme where we now have passed the Critical Design Review. Rovsing is now authorized to build the racks and continue working towards the Test Readiness Review taking place later this year.
 
On the Software side, we have kicked-off another ISVV project together with Jena Optronik for the #MSR-ERO LIDAR Software. Last year we finished the ISVV project for the #MSR-ERO Startracker and Rovsing is very happy to continue our good collaboration in 2024 as well.
