We are happy to share that this month Rovsing A/S has shipped the first Satellite Interface Simulator (SIS) for the #ESA #ARIEL (Atmospheric Remote-sensing Infrared Exoplanet Large-survey) mission to the INAF – Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica in Italy. We want to take the opportunity to thank our customer Airbus Defence and Space in the UK for the confidence they always put in us. We will deliver a total of 4x SIS racks for the project, the 2nd of which will be delivered shortly to CBK, the Space Research Center in Poland.
In addition to this news, Rovsing is thrilled to announce the kick-off of the project Grace-C SimFE, also in collaboration with Airbus Friedrichshafen as our customer. Our team is excited to start working on this project and looking forward to supporting the continuation of the Grace programme together with our customer.
Stay tuned, as not to miss any of the many milestones to come during the following months.

In early February, we received one of the Solar Array Simulator (SAS) racks, from the #Artemis MPCV European Service Module PCDU EGSE, back from our client Leonardo. This is a #SAS rack that Rovsing first shipped to Leonardo back in 2015. The rack was in need of some refurbishment, calibration and minor upgrades after eight years of intense activity supporting the Artemis programme. A thorough maintenance and cleaning of the rack was conducted by our team, who made sure that the #EGSE will perform in optimal conditions for the years to come.
This has been a great opportunity to take a look at our EGSE systems which have been in heavy use for almost a decade, and to put into perspective how much our Company has improved and grown in this period. We look forward to seeing where the next decade will bring us, and of course to share it with you.
