At Rovsing A/S we have an active business continuity plan to address the COVID-19 situation. The plan ensures continuous evaluation of the business based on supply chain, internal resources, progress and governmental guidelines.

Rovsing has ensured ongoing continuity of business conduct and performance:

• In Denmark the government has initiated a number of comprehensive measures in order to contain the spread of COVID-19. The latest being closure of the borders for travelers. But it is important to note that this does not impact the transport of goods in and out of Denmark.
• We at Rovsing A/S take the COVID-19 situation very seriously and act according to government instructions in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and fellow citizens. We closely monitor the situation and are prepared to take any immediate action necessary to stay agile and responsive. We are as well in continuous exchange with our Board of Directors and Danish Industry Association.
• All employees that are not directly part of the production team, continues working from home. With video conferencing, chat and emails we keep the productivity high in order to meet our milestones and EGSE deliveries.

There are luckily no COVID-19 cases within our team or with the steps taken, where our work flow has been impacted by delay or disruption. We continue to monitor the situation and take appropriate actions to minimize business impacts.
