The Critical Design Review (CDR) milestone for the supply of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) to SITAEL S.p.A in Italy, was concluded successfully today 28^th January for the 2x Umbilical SCOE(s) and 1x MiniCOTE, which SITAEL will use for the Assembly, Integration & Testing (AIT) of the ASI PLATiNO 1 & 2 missions. The deliveries of the EGSEs from Rovsing will take place already in 2022.

Also, this Thursday, Rovsing shipped the RO-5100 SAS Modules and RO-1010 10A SLP Modules to SITAEL for them to integrate and enhance their own EGSEs with state-of-the-art Solar Array Simulation and Second Level Protection.

The UMB SCOE(s), MiniCOTE & SAS+SLP equipment provides a test suite of hardware and software for supporting assembly, integration and verification by means of Solar Array simulation, discrete signal simulation, Umbilical & launch support. The EGSE(s) will provide the customer with a range of ground support testing and simulation based on Rovsing key products such as the RO-5100 SAS Module, R0-1010 and RO-1130 SLP Modules, RO-2000 range MASC products as well as the Rovsing EGSE Controller SW Suite.
