Due to increased activity in our EGSE project group we are looking for a dedicated and committed System Engineer.

Rovsing provides state of the art test and simulation systems for ground testing of satellites to custo

mers primarily in Europe and USA. These systems enable a satellite manufacturer to test existing parts of a satellite and simulate non-existing parts during their development, assembly, integration and test. All our systems are built to very high safety and quality standards.

As a System Engineer you are responsible for defining the overall technical solution. This requires a holistic view as Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) is a multi-domain effort. Several disciplines must work together to produce a compliant system (electrical, mechanical, software etc.). High- and mid-level understanding of all three areas will enable you to act as the interface between these disciplines and the resulting compliance of the overall design, drawing on the expert knowledge of specialists’ colleagues as needed.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in the field of satellite check out systems or special check out equipment is a plus.
• Experience in analysing, designing and implementing efficient solutions in response to customer specifications.
• Experience with technical customer communication in a B2B environment.
• Structured, proactive, energetic and interested in using a broad range of competences.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Takes responsibility for your own work and the overall results.
