Rovsing provides state-of-the-art test and simulation systems for ground testing of satellites to customers primarily in Europe and USA. These systems enable a satellite manufacturer to test existing parts of a satellite and simulate non-existing parts during their development, assembly, integration and test.

Your main responsibility will be to manage the team of highly skilled and dedicated Software (SW) Engineers, and to take responsibility for the deliveries of the SW team.

Your daily work will be very diverse including requirement handling with customers, SW design & implementation and the continuous development of the SW Team. You will manage the SW Team processes, facilitate scrum meetings and have 1:1 meetings with team members. You will be the technical expert, who can guide your team members – and the customers.

You will play a key role in all the customer projects, where you will ensure that the SW of the delivered systems will fulfil the customers’ expectations. For projects only including SW, you will be the project manager.

 Your Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in Software Design and Development.
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience with technical customer communication in a B2B environment.
• Structured, proactive, energetic and interested in using a broad range of competences.
• Takes responsibility for your own work and the overall results.
• Project management experience is a plus.
